Blood Samples for E.V.A. blood testing must be submitted to the lab within 90 days of the date of the sale. Keeneland suggests you submit blood to the lab July 5-19 in order to avoid a rush on lab.                                                                                                                                                              2. Health Certificates must be turned in for all horses before they can sell                                                             3.
