Bwana Bull did it again - winning the G3 El Camino Real Derby on March 10th, placing a foothold on the Triple Crown trail.

EYES ON EDDY (f. by Touch Gold), as a 3YO, was 2nd in the G3 Silverbulletday S. in her 4th start. She followed that up with a stakes win at Arlington - the Sweetest Chant S., then 2nd in the G3 Indiana Breeders' Cup Oaks. To date, she has won four stakes, including the My Charmer S. at Turfway Park late in her 3YO career, and a 4YO stakes win in the Suwannee River H. After being sold as a horse of racing age in the 2006 Keeneland November Sale, she finished 2nd in the Truly Bound H. on January 20, 2007, and again 2nd in the Chou Croute Breeders' Cup H. on February 17th.
Her 2007 stakes win in the Harry W. Henson Breeders' Cup was awe-inspiring - beating the pack by 6 1/2 lengths.

MIDDLEWEIGHT (g. by Grand Slam) has been a contender since his 1st start as a 2yo, and his numbers have only improved with time. He finally grabbed the brass ring in the Sport City H. at Louisiana Downs in fall of 2005, following up that win with 3rd place finishes in the Louisiana Downs Breeders' Cup H., Buffalo Bayou S., and the Colonel E.R. Bradley H. He won his 2nd stake in the Maxxam Gold Cup at Sam Houston in January. In 2007, Middleweight finished 3rd in the Delta Mile S. on March 2nd.
In 2007, he won the Barksdale H. at Louisiana Downs in June.

2004 sales graduate WHAT A SONG (c. by Songandaprayer) gave us all high hopes when he brought a whopping $1.9 million at the Barretts Selected 2YOs in Training Sale in March, after having broken the world record for the fastest quarter ever in an under-tack show at 20 3/5 seconds. He proved himself well by winning his 1st start - a MSW at Hollywood Park on June 18th , beating Stevie Wonderboy easily, by 3 1/4 lengths. His 2nd start was another thriller -a win in the G3 Hollywood Park Juvenile S. (Stevie Wonderboy was 3rd ) on July 16th , and he followed that up with a win in the G2 Best Pal S. at DelMar on August 14th , winning by 2 3/ 4 lengths - 6 1/2 f. in 1:15 - the 2nd fastest running in the history of the race.
